We're hiring a full time assistant to help us manage our rental properties from the time we purchase them, to the time we fix them up, and then finally rent them.
You'll help us oversee the homeowner appointments (making sure no appointments or interested homeowners are missed), and all the money, to make sure everything is getting paid on time.
Pay is $12 an hour for 40 hours a week. You can pick the hours you want to work for the week. It's very flexible.
Experience in sales management and/or financial management is ideal since you'll oversee the homeowner appointments (and the outcome of those appointments) in our CRM along with managing the money with regard to when bills are due with the help of a full-time bookkeeper supporting you.
If you don't have any of this experience - that's okay we'll train you. No experience is necessary.
You'll report directly to Katy and learn a lot about the real estate investment business.
