High-end professional Real Estate office in Monmouth County seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will be a driven and dedicated professional with an upbeat friendly personality. Have superb organizational skills and a knack for customer service. Multi-tasking is an integral part of this position. Candidate should be able to take direction well from multiple sources and work well independently. This role requires Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint as well as customer database systems. Also, a good working knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills are necessary.

  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
  • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry

  • Answering and redirecting phone calls
  • Assisting other staff members and broker
  • Making outbound calls
  • Maintaining database information
  • Maintaining office paperless filing system
  • Social Media Posting
  • Creating campaigns in Constant Contact for various events
  • Organizing events, meetings, etc.
  • Overall office clerical work
  • Light Accounting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
  • Background in real estate is required for this position
  • License for real estate is preferred but not required
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents

  • Previous experience in Real Estate industry is a plus

$30,000 - $35,000 yearly
