We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to legal and tax withholding requirements, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, post and maintain MLS listings, schedule property inspections, and open houses, and track sales activity in our database to properly showcase results.   • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team

  • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
  • Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied
  • Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals
  • Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents
  • Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell


  • Preferred Real Estate License
  • Licensed in real estate or is pursuing a license
  • College experience preferred but not required to apply
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry, administrative, listing, personal assistant.
  • Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
  • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
