Administrative Assistant for Landscape Company

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact for our customers, you should be professional and friendly. Responsibilities

  • Answer phone for multiple companies.
  • Relay customer issues and concerns to management.
  • Some light bookkeeping.
  • Utilize and improve systems already in place.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Ability to navigate windows computer programs easily.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Finish projects on time.

Compensation
$17 - $20 hourly
