Ideal Candidate:

You consider yourself a bright, energetic team player. You have 2+ years of administrative experience. Real estate industry experience is NOT required. You have exceptional organizational and project management skills. You are resourceful and don't wait for things to happen; you make things happen with your assertive drive. You are detail-oriented and are able to juggle multiple projects efficiently all while staying focused and keeping a smile on your face. You are able to work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary. You will take on your job duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, commitment, honesty, loyalty, and integrity. 

  • Manage the day-to-day front office operations including but not limited to communication management, ensuring front door is opened in the morning and securely locked in the evening, managing the company phone log, ensuring the office is fully stocked, and facilitate the upkeep and maintenance of the office so that they are kept presentable
  • Answer front desk phone and manage mail and office calendar.
  • Attend and contribute to bi-weekly Team Meetings.
  • Act as the "Gatekeeper" and warmly greet all vendors, office visitors and guests.
  • Keep Principals informed regarding challenges and issues that need to be handled but otherwise keep them free from distraction.
  • Event management including scheduling courses within the office; handle catering, scheduling; Schedule Conference Room Usage, Confirm Training Instructors.
  • Manage the social media of the office; clear, concise, error-free messages for the appropriate audience.
  • Data and file management is your realm; Process Closing Packages, Maintain Agent Roster, process checks and prepare Bank Deposit.

  • Strong front desk and administrative skill set (manage busy phone lines, calendar management, vendor coordination, customer service, etc.)

  • Willing and able to embrace new technology and master it
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • College degree strongly preferred, High School Diploma required
  • Candidate MUST have their own car, a valid driver's license, and carry insurance
