This is an opportunity to work with a marketing team and grow your skills. The right person has some office experience however additional training will be provided.

 

Tasks include database management, errands, event organizing, creating amazing experiences for our clients, helping our agents have better success, reporting, mailings and phone calls. Must have a love of people and details. 


Important characteristics include: Prompt, reliable, a great smile, energetic and a great attitude, and be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with clients, give amazing experiences for them (Nordstrom level)
  • Answer phone calls
  • Answering and responding to e-mails
  • Manage our database
  • Manage events
  • ABA -- Always Being Awesome

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Have a good working knowledge of administrative computer software
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience
