We are a fast growing real estate company. Our local Keller Williams office is looking to bring on additional leadership to support our 260+ agents. Our mission is to create a world-class experience for all our salespeople. We are seeking an Agent Services Coordinator who is passionate about helping others grow their businesses. This role has tremendous growth and expansion opportunities within our company, as we continue to grow as an office, in addition to growth opportunities in being in one of seven local offices, which have over 1500+ agents total in the PNW.

Excellent communication and clients services skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge level customer service to agents 
  • Work one on one with agents to help them set up their technology and marketing systems 
  • Assist the agents grow their businesses, through KW resources 
  • Work one-on-one with agents to educate them on all KW resources to grow their businesses 
  • Lead on-boarding of new agents to the office, supporting them with all on-boarding services (transfer licenses, ensure they are plugged into market center training) 
  • Create and market monthly training calendar 
  • Coordinate office events and assist with outside sponsorship for those events 
  • Manage the office website and social media sites 
  • Manage the office online inquiries for brokers interested in joining our office and book on Team Leader’s calendar 
  • Follow-up on Team Leader interviews with prospective brokers 
  • Create and run ads on social media, employment sites, and manage career night events 
  • Follow up with attendees of career nights and career events 
  • Support Team Leader in recruiting and with all administrative tasks 
  • Maintain and update internal office reference sites 
  • Participate in company-provided training sessions 
  • Conduct bi-monthly Keller Williams new agent orientation programs 
  • Compile bi-monthly team meeting presentations 
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards for the role 
  • Work with office preferred vendors

Qualifications
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly
  • Able to troubleshoot common issues; proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Google calendar and docs 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage daily responsibilities and to assess, prioritize and act with a sense of urgency when needed 
  • Learning-based and solution-oriented 
  • Deadline-driven and extremely organized 
  • Open to new ideas and systems 
  • Able to stay calm and patient when faced with emotional situations 
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000, DOE
