We are seeking an energetic person to serve as an administrative and marketing assistant.  We are looking for someone who will help grow our business and take it to the next level. 


The ideal candidate wants to share in our success, and is able to work at least 20 hours per week. The pay is hourly with bonuses.

Responsibilities

Marketing Tasks

• Manage and execute monthly marketing calendar

• Design marketing pieces – Direct mail, Email blasts, Facebook Ads, Listing Flyers, etc

• Create social media ads

• Track results of each marketing campaign

• Create quarterly newsletters for past clients

• Help with video blog content

• Create copy for listings

• Stay on top of latest tech and marketing trends to implement in our business

Administrative Tasks

• Set appointments with service professionals

• Enter listings and track progress

• Set appointments for home showings and service professional

• Follow up with other agents on showing feedback

• Manage contact management software and track all leads

• Property management accounting and management



Qualifications

• Great phone etiquette

• Available up to 25+ hours per week

• Social media savvy

• Graphic design a plus 

• Hustler

• Self motivated

• Technologically savvy (need someone who will stay ahead of the curve and bring ideas)

• Needs to have a car to run errands and meet clients 


Compensation

$25 per hour plus bonuses

I am a full service real estate agent in San Diego (Mission Valley) serving all of San Diego County, however, most of my business is La Mesa West (Central San Diego). I am 32 years old and have an emphasis in the digital lead generation side of the business. I have been in the business for 9 years and looking to expand and grow my team.
