Our growing Real Estate office is looking for a detail-oriented, part-time Administrative Assistant to our Director of Operations and Finance Manager, utilizing organizational and computer skills and professionalism. They should possess attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Real Estate experience is a plus but not required. 12-15 hours a week with potential for more.


Job Includes, but is not limited to

  • Clerical duties - sort, scan, copy, file, emails
  • Post data to spreadsheets
  • Scheduling
  • Ordering 
  • Phone calls and correspondence
  • Local courier and errands 

  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Suite Apps a plus, and general Internet skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized, reliable and dependable
  • Continue to maintain the good will and reputation of the entire team
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
  • Part-time position
$11.00 an hour plus mileage when applicable
