Are you a motivated, independent, people oriented person who wants to be the boss of their paycheck and time? Do you want to make $70,000 a year for 20 hours of work each week? $100,000+ for 40 hours?

We are a growing real estate company looking for someone to meet with sellers and negotiate with them to sell their house directly to us.

This job is for someone who needs minimal supervision, feedback, and direction. You will be given top notch sales training and then be expected to launch yourself from there.

This job is for someone who likes to collaborate and listen when in conversations. A successful person will be an excellent, active listener. You like talking to people and figuring out what makes them tick.

This job is for someone who wants out of the office every day. You will get a list of 6 to 10 appointments for the week, and will be responsible for making sure you’ve got your information prepared and show up ready to go. After the appointment, you’ll remotely log your notes and pictures in our online system.

This position is not location dependent, you do not need to report to an office. Locations you are likely to require travel to: Entire Washington DC metro area and some Baltimore area appointments. We are looking for a candidate that is centrally located.


Responsibilities
  • We market heavily in the DC metro area as well as Baltimore. We provide quality pre-screened leads for you. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system that will allow you to work remotely. 
  • Meeting or exceeding quota goals. 
  • Achieving an average of one new contract signed a week. 
  • Attending an average of 6 or more appointments a week (either provided or self-generated), at the home of interest to evaluate and present an offer to purchase. 
  • Responsible for having 30% or less attrition rate (canceled contracts).
  • Understanding sellers, their motivations, and overcoming objections that result in win-win purchases.
  • Managing all opportunities and appropriately following up with active leads, including completing all tasks within company CRM by their due dates. 
  • Documenting all sales interactions in the company CRM.
  • Generating leads whenever free time is available. 
  • Collaborating and communicating with the entire team to ensure the process is to the client's satisfaction. 

Qualifications
  • 2 years of proven, successful sales experience with supporting documentation of goals and achievement. 
  • Reliable transportation, comfortable with a good amount of driving throughout DC metro and parts of Baltimore.
  • Strong understanding of technology and ability to utilize multiple applications on both a computer and phone. 
  • Flexible schedule, including night and weekend appointments.

  • You do NOT need to have a real estate license to be successful in this business. In fact, the most successful people have no prior real estate experience.

Compensation
$70,000 to $120,000 Annually (Base plus commissions)

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
