In-Home Sales Closer (One call close) – Warm Leads
Are you looking to blaze a trail to making a six-figure income?
This local real estate company is looking for an outstanding world-class B2C in-home, one call close, sales professional. In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing warm residential property owner leads (in-home). You’ll be expected to seal the deal on the first meeting on a daily basis, as you meet with 2 to 4 pre-qualified warm leads a day.
This competitive and highly rewarding role is ideal for a highly self-motivated sales professional. It is handsomely compensated by an uncapped commission structure. So if you’re at the top of your industry and hungry to continue progressing with a fast-growing company we want to hear from you.
- Pre-meeting: 10% of your time will be spent reviewing the online property file to confirm target buy price.
- Pre-meeting: 15% of your time will be spent driving to and from appointments.
- Onsite: 5% of your time will be spent assessing property for repair cost (quick 7-minute assessment).
- Onsite: 70% of your time will be spent building rapport with the property owner and closing the deal on site.
- Take every opportunity to close the deal on the first meeting by overcoming objections.
- Attend internal team collaboration meeting to get an alignment and make adjustments on how we can better serve you in the field.
- Exceed sales revenue targets for the month.
- Self-generate new clients using proven techniques.
- Meeting or exceeding quota goals.
- Must have strong experience with one call in-home close and overcoming objections
- Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting
- Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using SPIN selling and various sales techniques to 'always be closing'
- Currently earning good commission and now looking to further increase earnings
- Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field
- Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind and flexibility in approach
- Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills
- Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills

$72,000 - $150,000 realistic first year earnings (Base + Uncapped Commission)

The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
We market heavily in Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne County (Outside of Detroit). We provide quality pre-screened leads for you. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system that will allow you to work remotely.
We also network with real estate agents and other professionals to acquire properties.
