We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time Real Estate Acquisition Specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position entails making rapid decisions, often based on very little information. Novel ideas and confidence are required to deal with quickly changing conditions. Challenge and pressure are the norm. There is a good degree of difference from one day to the next, with shifting priorities and new problems to solve daily. Problems may be situational, factual, or people-based. Solving them involves analysis, creativity, and working with others. In dealing with other people, poise, confidence, and influence are required. Overall flexibility in work style, including involving other people, is important. Established company policies or systems will need to be questioned in an effort to affect positive change. Improvements need to be creative, innovative, unproven, and sometimes risky. The focus of the job is the reaching of goals, rather than the details of how things get done. There is much freedom in this position, which requires independence and self-reliance in setting priorities and determining objectives. Base salary guaranteed during a training period

Responsibilities
  • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information
  • Fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Multiple projects going simultaneously

Qualifications
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
Compensation
$85,000 - $125,000 commission based
