Have you worked in a call center, auto sales or other sales position that requires relationship building? If so, then send us your resume! We are looking for a team oriented, talented individual who has excellent communication and sales skills. You will be responsible for talking with clients, developing a rapport and cultivating the relationship to close the deal and ensure the smooth acquisition of property. 

• Utilize CRM to access externally generated calls, or self-source your own lead to identify clients that have property for sale.
• Contact prospective clients, build a rapport to understand their needs, assess the property and close the deal
• Work with other members of the team to ensure all processes are followed
• Promote business growth by acquiring new property

• High School Diploma, 1-2 years college preferred
• 1 year+ experience call center, cold calling or telemarketing
• Working knowledge of Real Estate and the local area preferred
• Experience in relationship building or customer service
• Working knowledge of CRM
