We are currently seeking Acquisition Managers. The Acquisitions Managers will prospect for and acquire new properties on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our company. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads.

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with strangers, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies served by our team in order to expand our clientele and build our business
  • Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
  • Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company’s database.
  • Meet with sellers who are motivated to sell their house fast for cash.
  • Be skilled at overcoming objections in order to purchase a house for our company.
  • Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.

Qualifications
  • You love scripts and use them to their maximum potential
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
  • Passionate about selling
  • A pro on the phone with ability to make the sale
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
  • Eager to find best possible solution with a positive attitude
Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000 yearly
