Nice Guys Buying Houses, a growing real estate investment company is looking for an outstanding world-class B2C in-home, one call close, sales professional. In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing warm residential property owner leads (in-home). You’ll be expected to seal the deal on the first meeting on a daily basis, as you meet with 2 to 4 pre-qualified leads per day. Leads that aren’t converted first meeting will be incubated through a systematic process until conversion. 

This competitive and highly rewarding role is ideal for a highly self-motivated sales professional who can handle both long and short sales cycles. It is handsomely compensated by an uncapped 100% commission structure. Significant financial resources in marketing are promised to insure your fast success. You won't be required to work out of an office and can set your own schedule. Past real estate sales is NOT a prerequisite. The better salesperson you are, the higher your uncapped earnings will be each month. We do not put a cap on how much you can make!

Compensation: 

  • Full commission: uncapped. $80,000 - $120,000+ realistic first year earnings.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze property prior to appointments ("pre-work") to determine retail and investor value
  • On appointments, build rapport with the property owner and closing the deal onsite during first meeting. Take every opportunity to close the deal on the first meeting by overcoming objections and creating a win/win situation with seller. 
  • Attend local real estate investor meetings and network with the area’s best investors and cash buyers in order to sell these properties.
  • Sell the properties to real estate investors who buy in Greenville/Spartanburg.
  • An organized approach to long term follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience with one call in-home close and overcoming objections
  • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting
  • Currently earning good commissions and looking to further increase earnings
  • Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field
  • Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind and flexibility in approach
  • Must be teachable and enjoy reading books, listen to podcasts, and seek to learn how to be a more effective salesperson
  • A fast starter, able to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career
  • Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a hunter mentality and also be willing to bring business to the team through various means outlined when hired

We work directly with homeowners who are seeking to sell their home directly to an investor and avoid the non-traditional real estate sales model.
