The Acquisition Manager has a “Whatever-It-Takes” attitude and is willing to go above and beyond. The manager is willing to hustle and understand that his/her take-home pay is based on performance. The Acquisition Manager has experience working on the phones, whether this experience is from real-estate sales or another type of sales. This is your chance to earn what you deserve, with no ceiling on your income. The key areas of focus for which you will be responsible will include, but are not limited to, the following;
Responsibilities
- Respond to all leads and close on them
- Manage pipeline of prospects
- Build rapport with potential clients
- Follow-up on leads in a timely manner
- Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by lead system
- Act as lead contact for sellers
- Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
- Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Close contracts in a timely manner and help clients throughout the entire process, from initial contact to close
- Attend business meetings and trainings as required
- Run comparable values of like properties
- Participate in assisting Transaction Coordinator/Operations with any needed paperwork required to close sale
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)
- Negotiation experience
- Receptive to instruction and direction
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position

- Ability to perform intermediate tasks in Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)

- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
- Must be dependable

- Ability to work weekends on occasion if necessary

Experience (preferred or required):
- High School diploma
- Previous experience in a real-estate sales environment
Compensation
$75,000+
