If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join one of Kansas City’s largest turnkey real estate providers, Bridge Turnkey Investments, as an Acquisitions Agent. In this role you will work with the acquisitions team and be responsible for finding, assessing, and closing deals on distressed properties and land for the company to renovate. Your focus will be on building relationships (internal and external), working up deals, and closing on the properties that best feed the company’s pipeline.

The right individual will be an outgoing, forward thinker who is self-motivated, results-oriented, and goal-driven. The position requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and competitive drive to get things done by negotiation, networking, developing contacts, and building relationships. 

• Work up leads in our Buy Box
• Identify and develop leads
• Ability to manage incoming and outgoing calls
• Manage and grow relationships with wholesalers, realtors, partners, and sellers
• Work closely and collaboratively with the team
• Cross-departmental collaboration
• Participate in daily and weekly huddles
• Ability to learn and adapt in a quickly changing environment
• Demonstrate company core values 

• Licensed Real Estate Agent in Kansas and Missouri preferred (or Licensed in one state with plans to be licensed in both states)
• Experience buying off-market properties (2 years or more required)
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
• Call Center experience preferred
• Exhibits social poise and an ability to connect easily with a wide variety of people
• Ability to earn trust and delegate easily
• High emotional intelligence quotient
