We are currently seeking a highly motivated, full-time Acquisitions Agent that understands success comes through hard work and tenacity- someone who is as interested in personal growth as they are in financial growth! 

The person in this role must be organized and have strong communication skills! Experience in sales is required. The applicant will be working closely with homeowners and our management team.

How It Works...

You will handle all real estate acquisition appointments, information gathering, negotiations, offers, and signing of contracts. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners.

Compensation: Base + Commission (Expected Earnings of $75,000+ At Plan)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Manage leads and follow up, update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research
  • Prepare offers and send them to clients or agents
  • Act as an intermediary between our buyer to ensure a smooth close

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience is required 
  • Must be goal-oriented and able to hit metrics
  • Must possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Must be dependable and have excellent time management
  • Outstanding written, grammar, and verbal communication skills 
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills, organization, and planning skills
  • Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers
  • A roll up your sleeves, and all hands-on deck mentality to cross-functional tasks and assignments with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
$75,000+ At Plan (Commission + Base)
