We are expanding and we need your help. We are a Real Estate Investment Company that buys homes off-market and on-market. We buy homes in Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach and expanding into Orlando and Tampa.

We are looking for a highly motivated, extremely professional individual who loves helping people and teamwork.

Must be extremely fun and love high standard goals. We consider ourselves a very good mix. We provide coaching and systems to help you succeed!

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 1st year earning potential, Commission Based Only

Responsibilities
  • High volume of outbound calls.
  • Researching ownership records, market data, and industry trends.
  • Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources.
  • Attending networking and industry events.
  • Negotiating contracts with sellers and listing agents.
  • 10% on the road visiting properties placed under contract or in process of negotiations. 
Qualifications
  • Real Estate License required.
  • Must have strong work ethics and desire to be successful.
  • Bilingual is a must.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Must love people and love fun.
  • Must work well under pressure.
  • Team oriented and full of resolve and determination.
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented.
  • Commissions based compensation only UNCAPPED.

About Rockwood Investment Group

Rockwood Funding LLC is a direct and wholesale lender that focuses on lending money to real estate investors to buy, fix, and sell, or buy and hold properties in Florida, either for short-term (1-2 year) loans, or longer-term (30 year) loans for investors that prefer to hold properties as rentals. Our underwriting process focuses more on the borrower’s experience as an investor and the value of the property itself and less on the borrower's personal income, so ours are mostly "no doc loans."
