Are you a natural salesperson with a history of high performance?
We are looking for one person with drive and a competitive spirit who wants their compensation tied directly to performance. We are a small, family-owned real estate investment company with an incredible culture built from the books Traction, Extreme Ownership, and Good to Great.
The “who” we’re looking for:
Incredible discipline and structure.
Relentless tenacious work ethic.
Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and performs well under pressure.
Independent self-starter who says “just show me the ropes and let me crush it”
Ability to generate leads independently.
Grit determination describes you.
Not afraid to hear a lot of "No's."
Without question understands the importance of “speed to lead”.
Willing to do what it takes to win (ex: evening follow up calls, weekend appointments, etc)
Enjoys negotiating meeting new people. Can build meaningful connections and rapport quickly.
Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels.
Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented enough to get the job done, with a friendly focus on customer service.
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This job sometimes requires unconventional hours (nights and weekends), but is designed to allow flexibility and uncapped earning potential. Our perfect candidate(s) is disciplined, excellent, persuasive, and structured in their winning. The right candidate should easily realize $70,000-$85,000 the first year and break $100,000 the next. $100,000+ is absolutely realistic during the first year for the best of the best.
We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
We also network with real estate agents and other professionals to acquire properties.
You do NOT need to have a real estate license to be successful in this business. In fact, the most successful people have no prior real estate experience.
