We are looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable, who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an independent problem solver to be able to help grow and streamline our accounting team. The right candidate will report directly to our Controller and work alongside the Customer Service team. We need someone who can demonstrate GAAP compliance and strong, technical accounting skills, while also being comfortable communicating with customers and clients when collecting payments.
*This is an in-office/in-person position*
Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm (no weekends)

- Manage incoming invoices and payments
- Cleaning up past records
- Responsible for daily bookkeeping
- Credit cards reconciliations
- Communicating with customers for overdue invoices
- Produce Ad-hoc reports
- Work closely with the accounting and customer service team
- Contacting clients to collect outstanding balances
- Negotiate payment plans
- Resolve customer issues concerning billing
- Degree or background in accounting, mathematics, bookkeeping, or other fields related to your duties.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and collections
- Experience with QBO with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Experience in Hubspot is a plus or other CRMs
- Proficiency in Google Suite (specifically in google sheets)
- High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining sensitive information confidentially
- Excellent research and record-keeping skills
- Must have excellent customer service, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
