You’ll be assisting with the monthly billing process, reporting, and recording accurate information in QuickBooks. If this sounds like you, we highly encourage you to apply.
- Bookkeeping: Enter data, maintain records and produce financial reports
- Make sure accounts receivable/payable are complete
- Support the billing process by assisting with the production of monthly invoices to clients.
- Perform other accounting duties as requested.
- Associate Degree in accounting or higher is required
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Knowledgeable on Governmental online platforms such as SURI, CRIM and PR Labor Department
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Superior problem-solving, communication and time management skills
- Bilingual
