Our senior management and staff have extensive experience in real estate development, finance, economic development, project management, leasing, and property management. We have in-depth knowledge of the Portland Oregon and SW Washington market, contacts, and the growth trend of these great cities. We also own buy more than 100 homes per year. And are looking to increase this number in the future.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the month-end close, vendor records, bank & credit card reconciliations, and processing AP invoices in a timely manner. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company within the Real Estate industry and work from home. Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist include:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable activities -entering, processing, and paying invoices
  • Review invoices for accuracy and process invoices
  • Ensure invoices are accurately coded across a multi-company accounting system.
  • Process and review employee expense reimbursements and reconcile the corporate credit card program.
  • Research and resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies
  • Respond to internal and vendor invoice/payment inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Reconcile vendor accounts, which includes researching and correcting discrepancies where applicable
  • Assist with month-end close related to vendor accruals and other schedules.
  • Interface with our Executive Management including gathering support and answering questions as they come up.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay: Possible Bonus Pay when Company Goals are achieved.

Schedule: 20 hours per week to start; Flexible Schedule (Mornings Preferred), or as needed to complete tasks.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Work Location: Remote (within 30 miles of Vancouver, WA)



  • Accounts Payable: 2 years (Preferred) / Intercompany G/L Experience: 2 years (Preferred) / Real Estate Accounting Experience: 1 year (Preferred) / QuickBooks Online: 1 year (Preferred)
