Real Estate business is looking for an incredible Bookkeeper. This position is highly challenging and requires unwavering commitment to excellence, as well as being detail oriented. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, success-driven environment. 

The ideal candidate will have experience and a strong background in QuickBooks, payroll, reconciliation and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Consistently input daily financial transaction and finalize the posting process
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Ensure all tax forms and documents are completed properly
  • Processing AR, AP's and payroll efficiently
  • Bring the books to the trial balance stage
  • Ensure quarterly checks of the posting process
  • Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers
  • Reconciling the bank statements
  • Enter data, maintain records and launch reports on financial statements
  • Degree in Accounting, strongly preferred
  • Efficient in calculating, posting and managing accounting figures and financial records
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • High attention to detail
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting
  • Above average organizational skills
$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
