Well established, fast growing Real Estate Company is looking for the next Leader to add to our Leadership/Administrative Team. We have an opening for a Accounting & Operations Manager which embodies the elements of leadership, accounting, human resources & operations in the position.   • Full charge accounting/bookkeeping (bank reconciliation, AR, AP)
  • Responsible for processing and paying associate commissions
  • Acting as the Market Center liaison to the CPA
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Complete monthly closes and transmit monthly data on time
  • Processing payroll
  • Hiring and managing key staff
  • Managing insurance policies
  • Negotiating vendor contracts
  • Interacting with staff, associates, and vendors
  • Create agendas and record meeting minutes


  • Full charge bookkeeper (AccountEdge experience preferred)
  • 3+ years financial, administrative, and management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • People oriented and a positive, proactive problem-solver
  • Detailed oriented
  • Technologically savvy
  • Real Estate experience preferred (but not required)
