We are looking for a skilled accountant to play a key role on our team. You’ll be responsible for working in various entities accounts in Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online. Problem solving, as well as Reconciling General Ledger entries, make Adjusting journal entries, tieing down prepaid expenses, payroll tax liabilities and overall review of the bookkeeping to aid in the end result of handing over the bookkeeping to a tax preparer or issuing management financial statements. • Consistently input daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process
• Make sure accounts payable/accounts receivable are processed efficiently
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial statements
• Perform bookkeeping duties: Maintain data on financial statements
• Process payroll to provide payment to employees on time

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Worked previously with basic accounting systems, QuickBooks, and Excel
• 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position
• Must be well-versed in general accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
