We are looking for a specialized accountant to play a key role on our growing Forensic Accounting team. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of accounting as presented to us
- Organize a substantial amount of data presented to us
- Good ability to express our findings and present them in a report
- Good understanding of QuickBooks and General Ledger
- Willing to study and learn about different businesses and industries
- Well-experienced in Bank Reconciliations
- Good understanding of Payroll Accounting
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Worked previously with basic accounting systems, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
- Excellent Microsoft skills
- Must have 2 or more years of work experience at an accounting firm or in private accounting.
Compensation
$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
