We are looking for a skilled accountant to play a key role on our growing team. You’ll be responsible for recording all our financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, and posting information to accounting journals and QuickBooks. Responsibilities
  • Consistently input daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process
  • Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers
  • Bookkeeping: Enter data, maintain records and produce financial reports
  • Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time
  • Prepare all financial statements and bank reconciliations
Qualifications
  • Worked previously with basic accounting systems, QuickBooks, and Excel
  • Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field
  • Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position
Compensation
25 - 35 hourly
