The selected candidate will be responsible for the fiscal management of company operations, leading, and coordinating staff professionals. The candidate will be responsible for the development, analysis, and interpretation of statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization.


  • Prepare financial reports, statements of cash flow, and analyze information for management
  • Develop or improve upon finance, accounting, and auditing procedures where necessary
  • Handle treasury concepts and banking relationships or special financing
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax authorities
  • Establish departmental goals within the finance team
  • Identify areas to reduce costs and liabilities and ensure the company complies with financial regulations
  • Review financial statements to determine the company’s financial health and communicate solutions accordingly
  • Establish major economic objectives and policies for the company and prepare reports that outline the company's financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institute and maintain other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system), and analyze and report variances
  • Implement and strengthen internal controls and accounting infrastructure to keep pace with the growth strategy
  • Determine depreciation rates to apply to capitalized items and advise management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax revisions
  • Analyze the trends to reduce financial risks associated with making investment and/or spending decisions


  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or related major, licensed CPA
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proactive, team player and influential manager leading the accounting team
  • Strong leadership experience, ability to take on and drive initiatives
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines and work in a high energy team-oriented environment
  • Ability to prepare, review and analyze financial statements
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Must have an ethical mindset
  • Get it Done attitude Strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to lead departments and individuals
  • Prefer previous project management experience
  • Attention to detail

The salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 annually
