Fast Paced Real Estate Office is seeking a full-time bookkeeper and office manager for the #1 real estate franchise in the United States.

We are seeking a dynamic Leader for our office which currently has 60 active real estate agents. 

The Full-Time Bookkeeper (Market Center Administrator) is responsible for the office's financial and operations management (overseeing the administrative systems and operations, including staff and facilities).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, have strong leadership skills, an accounting background and be a team player. Position requires you to be tech-savvy, possess strong follow-up and follow through skills while being able to work independently. Ongoing professionalism with staff, leadership, sales associates, clients and vendors is essential.

They will be flexible enough to handle the growth and demands of our fast-paced, high-profile office while being persistent and organized with routine, repetitive tasks and comfortable maintaining existing systems and implementing new ones.

  • All financial aspects including income statement, balance sheet, payroll, tax payments and preparation of payroll tax returns, accounts receivable and payable

  • Support the agents to help their business grow
  • Accounting and/or financial management background (Degree in Accounting preferred)
  • Minimum of three years experience as a full charge bookkeeper  
  • Leadership skills
  • Organized, detail oriented and able to work independently
  • Some Marketing knowledge
  • Proficient in Google, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher
  • Real estate and previous management/leadership experience is a plus
  • Knowledgeable of Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and such)
