You’ll be working in bookkeeping, producing financial reports, and recording accurate information in QuickBooks. The primary focus will be accounting in all areas, including residential bookkeeping, and auditing apartment complex transactions. • Make sure accounts receivable/payable are complete
• Perform bookkeeping duties: Maintain data on financial statements
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time
• Prepare all financial statements and bank reconciliations

• At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position
• Worked previously with basic accounting systems, QuickBooks, and Excel
• Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
