We are looking for a positive, professional & organized individual with basic accounting knowledge that will also serve as a receptionist. You will be responsible for assisting with account payable, scanning, filing, reviewing invoices, welcoming visitors to the office, answering phone calls, as well as assisting with other operations as needed. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team.

• Accounts payable
• Review/Proofreading Invoices
• Processing timesheets
• Receive and direct incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route calls and messages to appropriate staff
• Welcoming visitors
• Scanning/Filing
