Property Management is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who is able to take initiative! This ideal candidate will possess great strength in their communication skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task and remain calm under pressure.

  • Work directly with management and CFO
  • Utilize company software to maintain accurate data
  • Assist manager with daily tasks including but not limited to: data entry, faxing, filing and pulling and updating reports as needed
  • General administrative functions


  • Microsoft Software knowledge is a MUST (Word, Excel, Office)
  • Multi-tasking is a MUST
  • Accounting and QuickBooks experience is a MUST
  • Phone/Communication skills
  • Property Management or Real Estate knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize information when making decisions
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully while accomplishing goals
  • AppFolio knowledge a plus

$15.00 - $17.00 hourly
