Workman Success Systems is looking for motivated, resourceful client support professionals to join our accounting team! We are a close-knit, inclusive group of fun, encouraging people, and we can’t wait to meet you! This position includes:

  • Perform bookkeeping duties: Maintain data on financial statements
  • Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial statements
  • Properly record financial transactions
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Must be well-versed in general accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position
  • Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
