Accountant For Property Management Company

We are looking for a skilled accountant to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for recording all our financial transactions including purchases, sales, accounts receivable/payable, and posting information to accounting journals in our accounting/property management software. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, detail-oriented, and highly organized. If this sounds like work you’ll love, we’re waiting eagerly for your application!

• Produce tenant rent/utility statements monthly
• Submit/Manage construction draw requests

• Experience with Excel, standard office software, and accounting software
• At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position
• Property management accounting experience is a BIG plus but not required
