The Corporate Accountant is an integrable member of the Accounting and Finance team. Core responsibilities are to oversee, manage, and process commission payments and for a large real estate company. The position reports to the Senior VP of Finance and works closely with the operations team on a daily basis. Potential for this position to grow into a larger role within the company. 



  • Ensure commission payments are processed and paid quickly and efficiently on a daily basis
  • Manage Daily banking activities to include ACH uploads, account transfers and deposit verifications
  • Post cash receipts and process disbursements
  • Maintain subsidiary ledgers
  • Update various Google docs
  • Other related duties


  • College degree in Accounting
  • 3+ yrs of progressively responsible experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to create financial reports as needed
  • Proficiency with MS Office, spreadsheet applications
  • Experience with Lone Wolf software a PLUS
  • Must be highly organized and have excellent record keeping skills
  • Must have excellent communications and customer service skills  

$45,000 - $50,000 Annually
