We are seeking a skilled accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outstanding balances, proactively managing multiple transactions, and working with our principal on forecasting and deep budgeting. The candidate should also have experience working in a commercial real estate space and be highly skilled in QuickBooks.

Please Note:

• This is a contract position at $80/hour. (This can fluctuate around 10-20 hours/mo.) It is recommended for someone who may have a few clients that can take on more or someone who has a full-time role with time and flexibility to make a supplementary income.
• Applicants must be based in San Francisco, CA, or the immediate surrounding Bay Area within 45 min.

• Manage outstanding balances and ensure timely collections
• Handle a pipeline of deals and process transactions
• Work with our principal on forecasting and deep budgeting
• Regularly communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth transactions
• Be tech-savvy and able to handle pipeline deal process platforms
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports
• Work collaboratively with other members of the team
• Run background checks
• Understanding required legal compliances operating in San Francisco
• San Francisco Bay Area (onsite 2x a month)

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in commercial real estate
• Highly skilled in QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
