Seeking energetic and goal-oriented Janitorial Area Manager to organize and oversee multiple accounts and projects. Must be experienced in managing people and budgets.

• Hiring, terminations and training of staff
• Ensure contract compliance
• Perform inspections and reporting
• Perform employee evaluations
• Ensure and schedule labor coverage
• Perform some floorwork and periodic duties when needed
• Problem-solving
• Assist with in-account sales

• Experienced as Area Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role
• Ability to perform evaluations
• Sound understanding of janitorial operations
• Working knowledge of floor care
• Excellent communications and managing employee relations
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving skills
