Are you an experienced sales and marketing professional obsessed with creating relationships and providing solutions to your client's needs? The purpose of this role is to increase the overall revenue of the company by generating profitable leads with a focus on the commercial space and making sure Titan is delivering on our brand promise of speed, simplicity, and quality. 

• Actively participate with the Sales Marketing Team to achieve personal and company goals and priorities through managing strategy, execution, people, and cash
• Focus on new lead generation to bring in new sources of revenue through direct marketing to specific verticals
• Also, focus on growing networking relationships for lead generation
• Manage existing relationships through regular and consistent contact using current methods and take initiative to customize activities to clients’ interests
• Meet with the Director of Sales Marketing to determine revenue goals and participate in coaching to increase the bottom line of the company

• Minimum of 5 years sales and marketing experience
• Self-motivated, failure is not an option
• Proven track record of hitting projections and goals
• Works well as a team as well as on their own
