We are looking for an Account Manager to nurture business relationships with our existing clients nationwide and help them take their businesses to the next level. Our team is truly unique. We are led and guided by Verl Workman, a man who is truly beloved for his vision, pure heart, and passion for what he does. (I know what you’re thinking and no, Verl is NOT the one writing this ad!) He really takes great care of us! 

Along with creating a fun, positive work environment, every summer he puts together a fantastic Team Event at Lagoon with ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT Cafe Rio! He has rented out movie theaters, taken us bowling, fed our lunches and dinner more times than I can count, hosts a fantastic holiday party, and does so many other things for our team because of how hard our team works to provide the best most professional experience for clients.

This position is:

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • $48,000 base + bonus commissions to earn up to $72,000 or more after 6-12 months on the job
  • 401k and Health Care Benefits
  • 15 days of Paid Time Off, yeah, that’s right, fifteen! 
  • Major holidays off… sorry, Arbor Day is NOT a major holiday
  • And, of course, all-you-can-eat Cafe Rio during our summer party!

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to clients on a daily basis
  • Nurture business relationships with our existing clients, including with company executives, real estate broker/owners, office managers, and corporate trainers
  • Assess the client’s level of engagement with our products and ensure regular engagement opportunities are being fulfilled via events and webinars
  • Work well with others on the Workman Success Team
  • Some travel may be required

Qualifications

  • Must have excellent communication skills, be dynamic, articulate and have an end-results mentality
  • Positive enthusiastic, and highly self-motivated
  • Organizational time management and follow-up skills are a must
  • Strong listening skills to assess client needs and obstacles to success
  • Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and lead technology applications
  • The 3 P’s: Passion, Persistence, Personality!
  • Past experience as an Account Manager is a huge plus

Compensation
$72,000 (includes base + bonus commissions)
