The Account position serves as the liaison between the client and Capstone and also serves as the client advocate. This position is responsible for providing non-technical customer service, strategic guidance and proposals to clients. We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and make sure all of their needs are being met.
