Compensation: $55,000 plus quarterly and yearly bonuses based on client growth and retention
- Build relationships first by assisting clients with enrollment and on-boarding, explaining policy details, and helping with the creation of ID cards
- Bring value to clients thru one-on-one interaction and conducting educational events and webinars
- Review invoices with clients and assists in reconciling any billing issues
- Build trust by continuously communicating and managing client expectations; conducting monthly and quarterly reviews
- Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, present appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
- Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries and suggest product enhancements
- Must have a Health Insurance Producers license or the ability to obtain one
- 7 years of experience in account management or client services
- Must reside within the continental United States
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is needed, a college degree is a plus
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
