As a fast-growing real estate tech/marketing company, The Investor Machine currently has almost 200 members and that number is rapidly increasing. We are looking to add two Account Managers to our existing team of three. Each Account Manager handles the accounts of 50+ clients. As the name suggests, the Account Manager will manage the day-to-day interactions with clients and remain responsible for the overall success of the client experience.

The Account Manager is responsible for onboarding new clients and walking them through the process with The Investor Machine. A successful Account Manager will engage in relationship building while delivering top-tier customer service to our members. This position requires strict attention to detail to handle the client's needs quickly, correctly, and efficiently, as well as strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

What will you do with The Investor Machine?

  • The onboarding process for clients, both experienced and new
  • Review client metrics
  • Answer client questions and be their advocate to ensure they are getting the highest level of results
  • Build positive and collaborative relationships with clients
  • Review marketing for clients monthly and quarterly ROI, profit, and deals

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Organization. It is imperative to follow our system to stay ahead and on top of customer count and their personal information at all times
  • Handle all interactions with the client
  • Find resolutions for any issues the client may face
  • Follow intake process and checklist for all incoming and existing clients

Communications/Interactions:

  • Co-workers – To be responsible for correct intake paperwork from all new clients, relaying clients' needs and issues, and successes to the team– daily and as needed
  • Clients – Assist in connecting them to our resources and helping them be successful – daily
  • Lead the conversation--ensure clients are satisfied in each interaction with the company

Qualifications

  • Each day with The Investor Machine will be different from the last; especially in personal interactions. This will be a fast-paced environment with multiple projects going on simultaneously, so the ability to multitask is a must
  • This role is socially focused and requires the “how can I help you?” attitude. There will be a lot of attention that will be spent on building and maintaining relationships. This is especially important where helping, not pressuring, others are what fosters the relationship
  • Adherence to established guidelines and procedures: It is important to involve others in the decision-making; there is a need to build consensus rather than make decisions alone. We are a team that works closely together to give the client the best possible experience
  • Open, flowing communication is important. The position requires working with and through others, especially in a helping role Communicating with both the client and the team is equally important to produce the best outcome
  • Team environment: As a part of our growing team, you must be a leader. A leader must be willing to jump in and roll up his/her sleeves to help out when necessary. We are looking for someone who leads not only by example but with first-hand knowledge in the area of expertise
  • Follow-through: Strong, friendly follow-up will be necessary on tasks delegated to ensure proper results are achieved for all involved.
  • Ability to adapt to a quick pace and constant change/improvement/growth within our company

Compensation
$42,500 - $50,000 yearly
