The Customer Service Representative will be essential to the daily operation of Left Main REI! You will be responsible for training new clients, coordinating product provisions for new clients, coordinating technical assistance between clients and tech support to current clients via email, as well as other managerial duties. The Account Manager will also use a variety of tools such as phone, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams, email, and texts to develop and drive relationships forward.
If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication, and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you! Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to interact well with technology teams and understand technical requirements.
Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should keep clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.
Compensation: $40,000-$50,000/Annually + We offer paid vacation!
