  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Manage and prospect into assigned agent pipelines to generate meetings with new, current, and past clients.
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads.
  • Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc.
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
  • Input/manage client & lead databases
  • Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set


  • Set weekly goals and willingness to be accountable for goals & results.
  • Track all key business activities.
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Manage CRM database system.
  • Manage new leads each week & work existing leads to convert into buying/listing appointments.
  • Make contacts calling on:
  • Agents active pipelines
  • Circle prospecting
  • Fishing Pond
  • Confirm all set appointments the day of appointment
  • Attend all weekly recurring required sales trainings and meetings.
  • Report to Sales Manager weekly – Summary of activities/results
  • Maintain the Appointment Set / Lead Rotation Spreadsheet
  • Import Qualified Prospects into the CRM
  • Utilize all CRM productivity tools including but not limited to: To do’s, drips, e-alerts, & the Mojo power dialer 
  • Follow prescribed follow up calls, texts, & emails in a timely manner
  • Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes either via phone call or text
