• Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
• Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
• Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
• Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
• Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
• Master all products and services we offer
• Master problem solving and executing
• Master the workflow process

• Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication
• Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
• Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
• Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
• Problem-solving skills are necessary for this job position
• Being able to work alone
• Have great negotiation skills to be able to upsell clients
• Be very personable, and have a connection with clients
