An Account Executive works with customers to define their goals and ensure the company meets them. As an Account Executive, you will generate sales with new and existing customers by ensuring the customer fully understands what we can offer and discover what a customer is looking for in terms of services. You must be detail-oriented and motivated. The Account Executive will work to achieve revenue and long-term account goals that align with company goals while maintaining a satisfying relationship with the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas
  • Manage and renegotiate terms with existing customers
  • Meet strict deadlines and respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Arrange meetings with potential customers to discuss their needs
  • Address any necessary issues with potential customers before they sign up
  • Work as a partner to help customers reach their goals
  • Present customer ideas, information, and needs to other departments, including the marketing team, the development team, and account managers; present information in any relevant meeting or review
  • Maintain good customer relationships while building new customer relationships
  • Meet Daily/Weekly/Quarterly KPIs (key performance indicators) communicated to you by the 5th of each month via email from your direct manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of related experience in sales, customer service, or relevant role in the industry 
  • Superior computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRMs 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pays strict attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate; has good business sense
  • Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to multitask while efficiently managing priorities
  • Must have reliable transportation

Compensation
$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
