For the first time in 2023, the SHB Team will be adding new sales team members to our rapidly growing roster. While many other industries are shutting their doors or winding down, our business is primed for rampant growth. To add to the growth potential, incomes in these positions are substantial if you’re the right fit. We’re looking to cultivate the next sales champion in the Real Estate investment space. This means hands-on training by seasoned salespeople and leadership, matched with a very heavy injection of lead generation and appointments with prospects. If you’re looking for a career that has the promise of early retirement, or large wealth accumulation through real estate, you’ve found the right job ad.

This position entails making rapid decisions, often based on very little information. Challenge and pressure are the norms. There is a good degree of difference from one day to the next, with shifting priorities and new problems to solve daily. Solving them involves analysis, creativity, and working with others. In dealing with other people, poise, confidence, and influence are required. Overall flexibility in work style, including involving other people, is important. Improvements need to be creative, innovative, unproven, and sometimes risky. Confidence in these solutions, even when faced with strong opposition, is required. Persistence in achieving results is necessary.

Compensation 

  • Salespeople who meet/exceed company quota will have first-year On-Track Earnings of $125,000+ 
  • A base salary draw + commission is available to qualified candidates
  • Accelerated Compensation Structure. $400,000+/Annual Income has been obtained in our Sales Department
  • Management Compensation available via promotion

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate Purchase Contracts with Homeowners and Real Estate Agents Present, and sell investment opportunities to Real Estate Investors
  • Outbound Prospecting. 100+ Calls Per Day Needed At Times
  • Respond and Convert Inbound Leads to Appointments and Eventual Contracts
  • Out-of-Office Marketing and Sales Development Activities
  • Manage a database of prospects and clients
  • Analyze Investment Opportunities for their viability
  • Provide Daily Reporting of Sales Activities to Management
  • Maintain and Exceed Company Designated Quotas
  • Collaborate daily with a fast-paced team
  • Bring New Ideas to the Organization when opportunities for improvement present themselves

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Background and track record of success in selling is preferred
  • Strong writing and verbal communication
  • Clean background check required
  • Drivers License Required
  • College Experience Preferred, but not required
  • Must be extremely proficient in selling over the phone and in person
  • A Real Estate License is not required, but many salespeople will eventually become licensed. If you are considering getting licensed in the future this could be a perfect fit.
