• Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations

• Grow new business by answering incoming calls from potential clients that are looking to sign up for Open Enrollment.
• Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing to ensure the best client experience possible.
• Address new prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current, processed correctly, and efficiently as you will be taught during training.

• Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
• Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus
• Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued

• MUST HAVE an ACTIVE Life & Health 215 Insurance License.
• Medicare / AHIP Certified is REQUIRED
• Must have graduated high school or received GED
• ACA/FFM Certified or Willing to get Certified (Health Marketplace)
• Preferred Prior Health Insurance Sales Experience - Life Insurance Sales Experience a Bonus.
• Past Insurance Sales Experience is appreciated.
• Call Center and/or Remote Sales Experience Preferred.
