The Kirk Simmon Property Group is looking to hire an agent focused on Appointment Setting, Sales and Client Care. We need smart, ambitious and motivated individuals who are looking to be part of a high energy, high producing real estate team in Chester County, PA. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY! We hire performers, not previous backgrounds... If you have the talent, we will recognize it! We have built the platform. We have the lead generation strategies. We know how success looks, sounds and feels and what it brings. If you're willing to bring the action, we will help cultivate and multiply your success. We will help you attain your Real Estate License, train you to be the best agent you can be and build a profitable business. 

We cover all of the following areas: Chester County, Delaware County, and Montgomery County.

Build up a clientele through phone-based prospecting, marketing programs and other proven non-phone based techniques to build relationships and develop an extensive database. • Take an entrepreneurial approach to their role by prospecting for leads, setting appointments, generating referrals, networking and conducting market planning. • Maintain primary point of contact relationship status with Clients. • Report sales and prospecting activity and results on a daily basis. • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback from Team Lead. • Work with and learn from the best in the business! • Build relationships with top lenders and vendors in the Real Estate industry. 

Qualifications • Highly competitive in sales environment. • No fear of the phone! • Accustomed to using and perfecting scripts and dialogues. • Time management skills a must. • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license. (We can help you get one.) • Positive attitude, exceptionally driven, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, passionate about helping people in the community, big picture thinker that rolls up sleeves to get positive results, persuasive, assertive, HONEST, strong sales closing ability, quality follow-up, attention to detail, intuitive, gregarious, outstanding verbal and written communicator and an active listener. • Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age.
